Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including inventory management, transportation scheduling, and warehouse activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation of shipping orders, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork
  • Analyze logistics data using Excel to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
  • Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking
  • Prepare weekly/monthly logistics performance reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics activities

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities
  • Previous experience in logistics administration within manufacturing industry preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifting schedules as operational requirements demand
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
