Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and transportation operations.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and logistical bottlenecks.
- Optimize routing and delivery schedules to increase transit efficiency and service levels.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed throughput and capacity modeling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics analysis, warehouse operations, or supply chain consulting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into operational improvements.
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
