Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and transport routes to ensure timely delivery of glass products.
- Monitor and update logistics tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory and delivery data.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and external logistics partners to resolve transit issues.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including delivery orders, waybills, and invoices.
- Manage fleet utilization and ensure vehicle maintenance schedules are strictly followed.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and local transportation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher, or in a similar operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with logistics/ERP software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Resilient problem-solver with a focus on meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
