Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical operations, including inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage warehouse inventory levels, monitor stock accuracy, and perform regular audits.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor/carrier performance to optimize costs and service quality.
- Handle documentation related to shipping, customs clearance, and local transportation.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase logistics efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company operational guidelines.
- Manage logistics reporting to track KPIs and provide insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in local regulatory requirements regarding logistics and transportation.
- Willingness to be based in Jawa Tengah.
