Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize service levels and costs.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Oversee inventory tracking and warehouse coordination to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with regional safety regulations and internal transportation policies.
- Prepare comprehensive logistics reports, including KPI tracking and delivery performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot delivery delays and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of local transportation routes and regional supply chain dynamics in Sulawesi.
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS/WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is an added advantage.
