Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documents including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Manage Letters of Credit (LC) applications, verifications, and compliance with international trade regulations
- Handle permit declarations and customs documentation for international shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth transit of goods
- Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of all shipping documentation and communications
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities and resolve discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or documentation management
- Proficiency in handling Letters of Credit (LC) and international trade documentation
- Familiarity with customs regulations, permit declarations, and import/export procedures
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
