Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Monitor transportation routes and make real-time adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities and documentation
- Resolve logistical issues and emergencies promptly to minimize disruptions

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics dispatching or transportation coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in logistics software and transportation management systems
