As the Logistics & Exim Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics business process, optimizing shipping routes, managing customs documentation, and collaborating with international stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to optimize costs and service levels.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations (PPJK), including HS code classification and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Finance) to align logistics schedules with business demands.
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Handle complex documentation related to international trade, including Certificate of Origin, Bills of Lading, and tax filings.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans for transportation or customs-related disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in Logistics and Export-Import management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Customs Law, Kepabeanan, and tax regulations (PIB/PEB).
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for logistics and inventory tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain (e.g., CSCP) is a significant advantage.
