Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Train and develop staff to enhance operational skills and performance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipment and delivery
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Proven leadership skills with team supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including lifting and walking
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office applications
