Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sea freight import operations from vendor to clearance
- Execute customs clearance procedures ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare and process PIB/PEB documentation with precision
- Coordinate with vendors for timely shipment documentation and delivery
- Generate operational reports for performance analysis
- Monitor import shipments and resolve logistical issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow integration
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in sea freight import operations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs clearance procedures
- Expertise in PIB/PEB documentation processing
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in logistics management software
