Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire import lifecycle from documentation to customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and import licensing
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers
- Manage import documentation (B/L, commercial invoices, permits)
- Track shipments and resolve transit-related issues
- Optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate import records and compliance documentation
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting import operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade
- Minimum 3 years' experience in import/export operations
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in customs compliance or logistics management preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
