PT Cravercorp Indonesia Wholesale is a rapidly growing leader in the cosmetic wholesale industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Import Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining our international supply chain, ensuring that our high-quality cosmetic products reach our B2B clients efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of import-export procedures, customs clearance processes, and logistical coordination. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end import operations, maintaining vendor relationships, and optimizing outbound distribution to ensure maximum supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end import processes, including documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance for cosmetic goods.
- Ensure all import activities comply with Indonesian customs regulations and BPOM requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery to the warehouse and B2B clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and lead times.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records using ERP or logistics management software.
- Resolve logistics-related issues such as transit delays, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare periodic reports on import performance, freight costs, and logistics KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the cosmetic or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang), and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; candidate must submit a resume in English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
