Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution networks.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production departments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and transportation vendors to maintain service quality.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all logistical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP software and supply chain management tools.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of warehousing, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
