In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain management for our groceries retail division, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery to our customers.
As a Logistics Manager, you will act as the bridge between procurement, warehousing, and distribution. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes to meet the high demands of the retail sector while maintaining strict inventory control and safety standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can lead a team of logistics professionals and implement innovative solutions to streamline operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring all processes align with company goals.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock transfers, and minimize waste to optimize stock turnover.
- Liaise with suppliers and transport partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any logistical issues.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or the retail industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken Indonesian and English.
