Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution of construction materials across multiple project sites
- Manage inventory systems to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages/excesses
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of material transactions and inventory status
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast material requirements and plan logistics accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols for material handling
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and delivery times
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in logistics, supply chain, or construction material management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with suppliers and project teams
- Knowledge of local Bali suppliers and construction material markets
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
