Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
- Optimize supply chain processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and implement logistics improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with China office for cross-border logistics and training programs
- Manage documentation for customs clearance and international shipments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to travel for training in China as required
- Experience with international shipping documentation and customs procedures
