Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and optimize daily logistics operations, including incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external shipping partners to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse coordination to minimize downtime and prevent stock shortages.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records for all logistical movements and shipments.
- Implement cost-effective strategies for transport and freight management to meet budgetary objectives.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare reports to identify process improvements.
- Oversee compliance with local safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in periodic international training programs at the company’s Tiongkok facility to enhance professional skill sets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal Indonesian; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex scheduling or transport issues under pressure.
- Willingness to travel internationally for professional development and training purposes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
