Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate logistics processes to ensure compliance with BYD’s global quality standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs for warehouse operations, inventory management, and outbound logistics.
- Perform regular audits of logistics service providers and internal warehouse processes to identify bottlenecks.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce operational waste.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production and procurement, to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Manage root-cause analysis for any logistical discrepancies, transit damages, or quality incidents.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality control findings and process efficiency for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain quality control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing operational demands.
