Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for spare parts, from requisition to delivery
- Analyze spare parts requirements at the work site and forecast future needs
- Source, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable vendors for optimal pricing and quality
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all incoming spare parts to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely availability of required parts
- Prepare regular reports on spare parts usage, procurement costs, and inventory turnover
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts procurement or logistics management
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
