Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily logistical operations, including receiving, processing, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and data entry in our tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
- Monitor and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks to prevent delays in the supply chain.
- Prepare and update shipping documentation, such as delivery orders, packing lists, and manifests.
- Support the logistics manager with administrative tasks and reporting as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali and adapt to flexible working hours if necessary.
