Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily logistics operations including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution coordination
- Lead and develop a team of logistics staff through performance coaching and skill development
- Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all logistics activities
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues
- Prepare and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision or warehouse management
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional communication
