Join PT Inno Prima Material as a Logistics Supervisor and play a pivotal role in our supply chain operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional with Mandarin language proficiency to oversee our logistics activities, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of goods while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
p>In this position, you will be responsible for managing all required documentation, including clearance procedures, HS code classification, and related tax matters. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials while minimizing costs and risks. p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices in logistics management.Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Manage and process all required documentation for clearance procedures
- Classify products using appropriate HS codes for customs purposes
- Coordinate with customs authorities and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Monitor and manage related taxes and duties for imported materials
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Identify and resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision role
- Fluent in Mandarin language (required) and English
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and HS code classification
- Experience with logistics documentation and compliance requirements
- Proficient in logistics management software and systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
