Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations of hardware and technical equipment.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records using Microsoft ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with global logistics partners and local customs brokers to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits of inventory, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Microsoft health, safety, and environmental security guidelines within the logistics workspace.
- Support datacenter deployment activities by organizing and preparing hardware assets for installation.
- Generate regular logistics performance reports and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the IT or tech sector.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (such as SAP or Dynamics 365).
- Familiarity with local import/export regulations, custom procedures, and shipping documentation in Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with high attention to precision and detail.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift up to 15 kg (33 lbs) and perform physical tasks required in a warehouse or datacenter environment.
