- Monitor and track shipments in real-time using logistics management systems
- Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive shipment documentation
- Generate detailed operational reports for management review
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Analyze operational data to recommend process improvements
- Manage multiple shipment priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or tracking operations
- Proficiency in data entry and logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to operational details
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
