Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of delivery drivers and logistics personnel to achieve high performance.
- Optimize delivery routes and logistics schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all transport assets are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain precise inventory and logistics documentation in compliance with company standards.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure all delivery staff adhere to operational and traffic safety regulations.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to synchronize outbound shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the logistics, distribution, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, route optimization software, and logistics dispatch systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Willingness to be based in Purwakarta and work flexible hours as required by operations.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility toward company assets and safety.
