Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for operational excellence? Sasa Inti, a leading name in the Indonesian FMCG industry, is seeking a dynamic Logistik & Transport Supervisor to join our team in Semarang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency of our distribution networks, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of warehouse and transport operations to support our aggressive sales growth.

You will lead a team dedicated to logistics excellence, optimizing routes, and ensuring that our distribution strategies are aligned with company objectives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our supply chain integrity while fostering a culture of safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and monitor daily distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery performance to all trade channels.
  • Supervise transport staff and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain high service levels and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate warehouse inventory management, including stock accuracy and warehouse facility maintenance.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure all transport activities comply with local traffic regulations and company safety standards.
  • Analyze logistics KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to optimize delivery lead times.
  • Develop and manage transport budget, including fuel efficiency monitoring and fleet maintenance scheduling.
  • Provide regular reports on logistics performance and warehouse activity to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations, preferably within the FMCG or distribution sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse operational team.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational cost optimization.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders including drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
  • Willing to be based in Semarang and possess a deep understanding of the local area's logistics landscape.
