As a Loss Adjuster, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical engineering complexities and insurance policy applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site inspections of damaged property, machinery, or infrastructure to assess the cause and extent of loss.
- Analyze technical drawings, maintenance logs, and construction documents to identify failures in mechanical, electrical, or structural systems.
- Collaborate with policyholders and insurance providers to gather evidence and documentation relevant to insurance claims.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports detailing findings, repair estimates, and recommendations for settlement.
- Evaluate insurance policy terms and conditions to determine coverage applicability for specific incidents.
- Liaise with external specialists and contractors to verify repair costs and technical feasibility.
- Monitor the progress of repairs or reconstruction to ensure compliance with agreed-upon specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in engineering or insurance is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical drafting software.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments and conduct site visits across various industrial locations.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
