We are currently seeking a stylish, driven, and results-oriented individual to represent our high-end fashion brand in the heart of the Central Region. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and sales.
Our attractive compensation package is designed to reward your hard work and success. You will earn a competitive basic salary of $2,500 – $2,800 combined with a performance-based commission of $2,500 – $3,500, allowing you to achieve a total monthly income of up to $6,000. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge to high-end clients to meet their specific needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently while maintaining a pristine store environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display setup to align with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal trends.
- Drive sales performance by achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to influence purchasing decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Passion for fashion trends and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in fashion or business are a plus.
