Manggala Pratama Jaya Construction is a premier construction firm committed to delivering engineering excellence across Indonesia. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced M&E Quality Control (QC) Manager to join our high-performing team in Jakarta Utara.
In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) quality assurance processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive M&E quality control plans and inspection checklists.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure MEP installations meet design specifications and local building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site engineers to address technical non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and test MEP system performance to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation, test reports, and compliance records for project handover.
- Lead and mentor junior site engineers on quality best practices and technical troubleshooting.
- Ensure all materials procured for M&E works comply with specified quality standards and project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in M&E supervision or Quality Control within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian national standards (SNI) and international MEP engineering codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and BIM models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to quality management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional site teams.
- Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) or professional engineering licenses (SKA) are highly desirable.
