In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our machinery runs at peak performance while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will not only operate high-tech production equipment but also lead and coordinate with our packer team to ensure a seamless workflow from production to packaging.

Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and calibrate production machinery to ensure optimal output and product quality.
- Perform routine inspections and light mechanical repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead and supervise the production packer team, ensuring targets are met efficiently.
- Monitor production metrics and report any deviations to the production supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
- Collaborate with the maintenance department for complex machinery troubleshooting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety regulations.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work in a shift-based production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.
