Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and calibrate production machinery according to technical specifications.
- Operate industrial equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and detect any defects early.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Monitor production output data and maintain accurate logs of operations and inspections.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- High attention to detail with an eagle eye for quality control and defect identification.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints or assembly instructions.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in shift patterns.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices and workplace hygiene standards.
