Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor flat glass processing machinery according to production schedules
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and calibration of production equipment
- Diagnose machine malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Document operational data and maintenance activities in compliance with ISO standards
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness
- Collaborate with maintenance team for complex equipment repairs
- Optimize machine efficiency through performance analysis
- Train junior operators on equipment operation best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK degree or equivalent technical certification
- 1+ years of experience in machine operation or maintenance
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Basic proficiency in industrial diagnostic tools
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work in shift-based production environment
- Valid safety certifications (K3) preferred
