We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Machining Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Kabupaten Tegal. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the high-level management of our CNC machining division, ensuring operational excellence across a diverse fleet of 15 CNC machines and 30 sets of manual machines. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in precision engineering with strong leadership capabilities to optimize production output, maintain stringent quality standards, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
As our Machining Manager, you will be the bridge between strategic manufacturing goals and shop-floor execution. You will mentor a team of skilled machinists, manage resource allocation, and implement Lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and reduce downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a production team to meet daily output targets and quality specifications.
- Manage the daily operations of 15 CNC machines and 30 manual machines, ensuring maximum equipment uptime.
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to extend machinery lifespan and reduce breakdowns.
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows for improved throughput.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols throughout the production facility.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering departments to manage raw material inventory and tooling requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on production performance, variance analysis, and operational KPIs for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a machining environment, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Deep technical proficiency in CNC programming, G-Code, and operation of manual machine tools.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale machinery fleets and production teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex machining issues.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
