We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our asset reliability and production efficiency.
The successful candidate will lead our maintenance team to ensure the seamless operation of heavy machinery and utility systems. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement by integrating Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Kaizen methodologies. Your primary objective will be to minimize unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance costs, and elevate overall plant performance to world-class standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize asset uptime.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies to identify and eliminate waste.
- Analyze equipment downtime data to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Oversee the maintenance of utility systems, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage departmental budgets, spare parts inventory, and external contractor relationships efficiently.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine availability and process flows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate technical teams.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and technical report writing.
- Deep understanding of utility systems (compressors, HVAC, electricity, water systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
