In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw operational data into actionable insights that support our maintenance strategies. You will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to identify equipment health trends, analyze root causes of failures, and develop predictive maintenance models. We are looking for a candidate who can bridge the gap between technical operations and data science, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust and our reporting is accurate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex maintenance datasets to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for engineering and operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and other databases.
- Perform predictive maintenance analysis to schedule repairs proactively and minimize unexpected downtime.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the manufacturing, oil & gas, or industrial maintenance sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
- Understanding of maintenance management principles and CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle Maintenance).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
