Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures promptly to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Supervise external contractors for specialized repairs and ensure work quality meets company standards.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for all staff and guests.
- Provide emergency repair support during and outside of regular business hours when required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, manuals, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
