We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join the team at Further Hotel. Located in the heart of Badung, Bali, our hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional comfort and service to our guests. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of all mechanical and electrical systems within the property. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with all local safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders to minimize downtime for guests and staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper use of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to support renovation projects and facility upgrades.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational degree (SMK) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in hotel facilities or building maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
