Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections of residential properties to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Conduct skilled repairs and troubleshooting across various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building structures.
- Implement and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption and high resident satisfaction.
- Liaise with and oversee external contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and expenditures.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety standards, building codes, and operational regulations.
- Manage and maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Facilities Technician, or similar role, ideally within residential properties, resorts, or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of mechanical and technical issues.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols, building codes, and operational regulations relevant to property maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Relevant vocational qualification or certification in a technical field (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is highly preferred.
