Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the maintenance department in daily preventive and corrective machine maintenance activities.
- Interpret and analyze technical drawings and mechanical schematics for repair tasks.
- Perform welding operations, specifically focusing on GTAW / TIG / Argon processes as required.
- Support the team in troubleshooting mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to carry out equipment inspections and safety audits.
- Document maintenance activities and parts usage in compliance with company reporting standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with industrial safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an SMK (Vocational High School) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
- Practical experience or demonstrated skill in GTAW / TIG / Argon welding techniques.
- Excellent physical health and stamina to perform manual labor in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow complex instructions and safety procedures consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to mechanical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a technical team.
