Are you a hands-on technical leader with a passion for operational excellence? Sarimelati Kencana, a leading name in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Leader to join our team in Pulogadung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our production machinery and facility infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
As the Maintenance Leader, you will manage a team of technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, and act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting critical equipment issues. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and foster a culture of safety within our fast-paced facility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the maintenance technician team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety protocols, health regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for essential repair materials.
- Generate regular maintenance reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance best practices and equipment handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery, PLC, and facility maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of technicians.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-reduction and process improvement.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based position at our Pulogadung facility.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and machine manuals.
