Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily maintenance operations, including repair work and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and heavy mechanical machinery.
- Develop and monitor annual maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of spare parts and services.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of technicians and third-party contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) standards across all maintenance activities.
- Negotiate and manage service contracts with external vendors and specialized equipment suppliers.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, equipment warranties, and regulatory compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility maintenance or plant management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building automation systems (BAS).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety regulations (K3 Umum/K3 Listrik certifications are highly preferred).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze technical reports, and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capability to handle emergency repairs and critical system failures.
- Proficiency in using Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and MS Office Suite.
