Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across all production facilities
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and specialists
- Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and minimize downtime
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial settings
- Experience in the hygienic, chemical, or energy process industries is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and methodologies
- Leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus
