Are you a skilled technician with a passion for heavy machinery and logistics? Sumber Inti Perkasa Pembangunan is currently seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Mechanical Operator (Forklift) to join our dynamic operations team in Gresik, Jawa Timur.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse and production reliability. You will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet of forklifts and essential operational support units are maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance. This position is vital to minimizing downtime and maximizing our logistics efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on all forklift units and supporting warehouse equipment.
- Conduct thorough mechanical inspections to diagnose and repair engine, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Document all maintenance activities, service logs, and equipment performance reports in the internal system.
- Ensure that all operational units comply with national safety standards and internal SOPs.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure machinery availability matches the daily operational schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the workshop area.
- Identify and order necessary spare parts and consumables for ongoing maintenance tasks.
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to the supervisor and provide recommendations for urgent repairs or replacements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Forklift Mechanic or Maintenance Operator for at least 2 years.
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment mechanics, hydraulic systems, and engine maintenance.
- Possession of a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures quickly.
- Physical stamina and ability to handle manual tools and perform repairs in various industrial environments.
- Willingness to work on shifts and accommodate the operational demands of a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
