Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily routine maintenance and preventative inspections on food processing and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Operate, monitor, and adjust RPA systems to ensure optimal efficiency and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to execute equipment upgrades and system installations.
- Maintain detailed logs of machine performance, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Strictly adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety (K3) regulations throughout all operations.
- Support shift-based production requirements to meet operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or Maintenance Technician, preferably in the food processing or poultry industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
- Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic automation/RPA systems is a significant advantage.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in an industrial processing environment.
