Mitra Berlian Unggas is seeking a dynamic Maintenance & Mechanical Supervisor to join our expanding food processing facility in Lebak, Banten. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for ensuring the peak performance of our production machinery, minimizing downtime, and leading a skilled technical team to meet our strict food safety and quality standards.
As a key member of our engineering department, you will spearhead preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot complex mechanical failures, and implement process improvements that drive efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance and mechanical technical team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure continuous equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults on food processing machinery.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely equipment repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with strict food safety regulations (HACCP/GMP) and OHS standards.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.
- Generate detailed technical reports on equipment performance and maintenance costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, ideally within the food and beverage or poultry processing industry.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and machine manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
