Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine failures efficiently.
- Execute emergency repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements accurately in the logbook.
- Collaborate with the production team to conduct machine set-ups and adjustments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with HSE standards.
- Support the installation of new equipment and facility infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and notify management when reordering is required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills regarding industrial equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety (K3).
- Able to work in a shift rotation schedule.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in an industrial plant environment.
