As a key member of our facility management department, you will ensure that our luxury villa properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing our international guests with a flawless and comfortable stay.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance across all villa facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, wiring, and backup generators.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, water pumps, heaters, and filtration units.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for maintenance supplies and spare parts to ensure zero downtime.
- Coordinate closely with the villa management team to address guest requests and technical issues promptly.
- Carry out minor repairs involving carpentry, masonry, or painting as required for property upkeep.
- Ensure the proper functioning of pool equipment and garden irrigation systems.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Staff or Technician, preferably within the hospitality or luxury villa sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in electrical (AC/DC) systems and plumbing infrastructure.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Proactive attitude with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of inventory control and resource management.
- Physically fit and able to work flexibly in the Badung, Bali area.
- Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility toward guest satisfaction.
