Cipta Prima Jaya is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff to ensure our restaurant operations run seamlessly. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility, ensuring that every piece of equipment is functioning at its peak to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for both preventative maintenance and rapid response repairs, ensuring our restaurant environment is safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on restaurant kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize operational downtime.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards or areas requiring repair.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale facility upgrades.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the restaurant management team with ad-hoc facility improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Vocational School (SMK) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, basic plumbing, and general facility repairs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
