As a Maintenance Staff member, you will be responsible for both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that all equipment operates at peak efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
- Conduct immediate troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all maintenance activities and machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
- Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety (K3) regulations within the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and specialized technical repairs when necessary.
- Support facility infrastructure maintenance, including electrical installations and general building repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar technical role.
- Strong background in manufacturing machinery maintenance (mechanical and/or electrical).
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a demanding manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
