Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and plant equipment.
- Perform complex troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical breakdowns rapidly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive maintenance schedule (Maintenance Planning).
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in the maintenance management system.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify potential hazards or equipment failures.
- Support the installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing production lines.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols in all maintenance tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or technical repair roles.
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Strong working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic testing equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergency maintenance requests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required by operational demands.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Cikarang area.
